General information
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, these general terms and conditions apply to all business between the Swiss Snow Sport School Disentis (SSSD) and the customers.
The object of the company is the operation of a snow sports school. This includes in particular services such as teaching the skills and knowledge of snow sports, without guaranteeing a specific training success, as well as guiding and accompanying customers in snow sports.
Important notes for your order
If a group should be reduced to less than 3 participants, we reserve the right to merge groups or to reduce the number of lessons.
Multiple changes of instructors are possible due to our flexible organization.
We do not assume any liability for accidents occurring during or before lessons. It is the responsibility of course participants to avail of accident and liability insurance.
Refund of the course fee due to injury or illness only upon presentation of medical certificate. Only unused days (difference) will be refunded.
The prices quoted are in Swiss Francs. For payment in Euro the exchange rate of 1:1 is applied.
Cancellation of firm reservations must be made to the ski school office 48 hours before at the latest, otherwise the full fee will be charged according to booking. Refunds will only be made in the case of accident or illness, a medical certificate must be presented.
A booking made in the online shop or in the ski school office can be cancelled free of charge up to 20 days before the start of the course and in case of illness/accident, with a medical certificate, up to 24 hours before the start of the course.
We reserve the right to change, cancel or interrupt the program or individual services after conclusion of the contract and also during the activity if circumstances of nature and/or weather or other unforeseen conditions (higher force, official measures, safety or other risks) make this necessary.
Course cancellations due to weather conditions (higher force) will not be refunded. Groups and private lessons take place regardless of the weather conditions. The course ticket is not transferable! Unused course days expire!
All services of the ski school made by online order via the internet and all other online services are subject to these terms and conditions.
Content of the online offer
SSSD does not assume any liability for the correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against SSSD, concerning damage of idealistic kind, which was caused by the use or non-use of the presented information and/or by the use of incorrect and incomplete information, are excluded in principle, unless SSSD is not demonstrably intentional or grossly negligent.
All offers are subject to change and non-binding. SSSD expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without separate announcement or to discontinue the publication temporarily or permanently.
References and links
In the case of direct or indirect references to external Internet pages ("links"), which are outside the SSSD's area of responsibility, a liability obligation would only come into force in the event that SSSD is aware of the contents and it would be technically possible and reasonable for him to prevent use in the event of illegal contents.
SSSD hereby expressly states that at the time of the setting of the links there was no illegal content recognizable with the linked pages. SSSD does not have any influence on the current and future organization, the contents or the authorship of the linked pages. Therefore SSSD hereby expressly disassociates himself from all content of all linked/referenced pages, which were changed after the link had been set. This statement applies to all links and references, set within our own internet content as well as to foreign entries in guest books, panels and mailing lists installed by SSSD.
For illegal, incorrect or incomplete contents and particularly for damage which results from the use or non-use of information presented the supplier of the site alone is liable, which has been referred to and not the one, whose links merely refer to the publication.
Copyrights, brands and trademarks
SSSD will make every effort to consider in all publications, copyrights of the used graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts, to use graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts produced by himself, or to revert back to license-free graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts.
All brands and trademarks mentioned within the internet offer, which may be registered and protected by third parties, are unrestrictedly subject to the regulations of the respective valid laws and to the rights of the registered owners. However, due to the mere mentioning of a brand or trademark, no conclusion can be drawn, that brand names are not protected by third-party rights!
The copyright for published objects, produced by the SSSD himself, remains exclusively with the author of the pages. Reproduction or use of such graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications shall not be allowed without the SSSD’s agreement.
Booking and reservation of ski and snowboard courses
The use of the ski lifts is not included in the course fees. The SSSD does not assume responsibility for failures of the cable cars and lift facilities and, in this case, does not refund any costs arising from unused lesson hours.
Privacy policy
The SSSD reserves the right to use any foto material for marketing purposes. Guests may revoke permission of use and transfer of data and images at any time by sending a message to info@sssd.ch.
Place of jurisdiction, place of fulfilment and governing law
Place of fulfilment is the central headquarter of SSSD. Place of jurisdiction for any disputes will be the competent court at the central headquarters of SSSD. Swiss law applies. The contract language is German.
Payment
Credit card payments in favor of the ski school are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland ("TREKKSOFT"). TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.Please send an e-mail to support(at)payyo.ch for all inquiries regarding your credit card payments and chargebacks.
